Along with many others, I believe that this provision is an extremely bad idea, and will completely defeat the purpose of the Do-Not-Call registry. It will lead to companies spamming those on the DNC registry under the guise of having an existing business relationship, and will not even allow those that wish to complain about their practices the courtesy of speaking with a live representative in order to get information on the offending company. This is the equivalent of unsolicitied bulk e-mail, except there will be no way whatsoever to filter it, costing people time and money as a result of their lost time dealing with these unsavory companies. Once again, I strongly urge that this be reconsidered and nullified. Thank you, Mike Sweetser
