I urge the FTC to fully reject this proposal. Personal privacy is continuely being eroded. Unwanted phone calls are highly annoying and invasive. If anything the FTC should be looking in to ways to further curb such encroachments. Help protect our home phones, cell phones, e-mail and faxes.
