You have to be joking! The existing regulations are not even enough, as over the past several months of being on the no spam call list from the Federal Government, the text messaging and telemaketing calls continue to come in. If the object is also to have an individual call in to report spam, each time it occurs, then the telemarketers have won, as they will automate and outlast all the individuals calling in. We may as well give up our phone numbers, including blocked and unlisted ones, as they continue to get through even now. What will it be like if we allow them to circumvent even the weakest of laws that we currently have? Where's the current protection that was promised to all who signed up for the no-calls? It can only get worse from here, as emergency calls will be blocked from getting through when automated calling equipment is used to send ten minute long obnoxious messages that we will not be able to hang upon. This is already occuring! Chris
