I am totally against telemarketers using voice mail broadcasting . It is still an invasion of my rights to receive advertising over the phone. Loop hole or not, the person is still receiving unwanted solicitation. I did not appreciate receiving political advertising this past year on the phone either. If this law passes I will stop my voice mail and also my answering machine. I am sure hundreds of other will do the same, therefore hurting the companies that sell them. Solicitation is still solicitation whether by a real voice or a machine.
