To whom it may concern: To allow telemarketers to utulize numbers from the Do Not Call List *completely* defeasts the purpose of the "DO NOT Call List". It's as simple as that. The people that entered there numbers into the Do Not Call database entered them under the pre-tense that they would not be bothered by telemarketers ever again. If companies are allowed to use these numbers then citizens have been simply tricked into giving their numbers away for the exact opposite purpose of what they had intended (to NOT be called). To find a loop hole in the Do Not Call List is a ridiculous and should not even be considered. Thank you, J. D.
