Please, do NOT allow this loophole to be opened. I am on the Do Not Call list for the simple reason that I do not wish to be called by ANY telemarketers! I do not want to come home to find my answering machine filled with tape-recorded garbage from telemarketers, nor do I wish to answer my phone to that type of unwanted 'information.' I have worked hard over the years to protect what little privacy we have left in this country, and am still bombarded with information I neither want nor need. I finally believe that I have made it clear to all of the companies with which I have a 'relationship' that I do not want to be called by anyone. If you change this rule, I will then have to call these companies to tell them AGAIN that I do not want recorded messages. At least when a live person called, I could tell them that directly. It would be far more inconvenient to have to use my very valuable time to call companies to tell them to leave me alone. Don't make me give up more of my precious time to telemarketers and/or their recorded messages! Thank you.
