Allowing pre-recorded messages to be allowed in this type of loophole is pure corporate payback. If this occurs, I will make sure to write my congressman, (Mike Honda - D) and let him know how angry these type of loopholes make me. I will also do everything in my power to let my friends know and have them write their representatives so that FTC funding is severely cut.
