Comments:
Robot callers are a nuisance on my business lines, despite my having registered at donotcall.gov, and despite their currently being illegal. Presuming compliance when there is no evidence of compliance now is hard to fathom. The utter lack of professional oversight we have now means the industry is NOT capable of self-regulation. Why relax the current rules when they are hamstrung as it is? The FTC ought not be the poster child for the "captive agency" system. Please reconsider.
