No No No, Do not provide a loophole for pre-recorded marketing messages. They are programed to run automatically and are a constant nusance. In order to opt out you must listen to the whole message to find out how. Some messages are quite long causing you to hang up in order to pursue what you were originally doing before the intruption. This is actually an invasion of privacy as you have no control to initally opt out. Much better would allow the consumer the option to opt in thus avoiding the multiple recorded messages of no intrest to you personally.
