Comments:
Do not ammend the TSR to allow more calls to DO NOT CALL numbers. If I wanted to be called I would not have registered on the DO NOT CALL list Rather, ammend the TSR to eliminate calls for charitable groups. I no more want to receive these calls than other sales or marketing calls. Please serve the public rather than telemarketing groups.
