|Subject:||Trade Regulation Rule on Telemarketing Sales|
|Title:||Notice of Proposed Rulemaking, Request for Comment|
|CFR Citation:||16 CFR Part 310|
Comments:I am totaly opposed to the suggestion to allow companies to deliver pre-recorded message telemarketing to those people who have enrolled in the Do Not Call Registry. This loophole would allow companies to invade the privacy of US Citizens. If this loophole should go into effect clear opt out information should be mandated on each pre-recorded message.
