I am not in favor of the FTC passing a new rule that would allow prerecorded telemarketing calls to my home. We are on the do not call list and we like not being harrassed by telemarketers. Our home has never been more peaceful since the DO NOT CALL Law went into effect. DO NOT BRING IT BACK IN ANY FORM!
