I'm very against this new proposal. When the no-call list first went into effect, my life at home once again became bearable. Before that we received 15-20 telemarketing calls each night. Afterwards we received only a few the first few weeks (which I reported) and then none until about 4-5 months ago when the "survey" calls started coming. Telemarketers are trying to use whatever method they can to get around the "rules" and since surveys are exempt, that is what they're claiming to be offering now. Rather than making the rules more lenient, you should be trying to plug the holes as they develop to keep consumers lives peaceful. I know where to go to shop and buy things when I need something. Thank you for your attention to this. Lanie Constable
