I am very much opposed to amending the Telemarketing Sales Rule to allow electronic messages to people who have "established business relationships". 1. Just because I have purchased something from a company doesn't mean that I am interested in getting voice mail messages from them. 2. I beleive this will create the same quagmire on our voice mail that we now have in email; we will have to wade through and delete 10 messages to every valid message that we receive. 3. I don't see how the FTC can even conider that this type of action is of benefit to the consuming public, especially since they (the consuming public) have made it clear with the " no call" list that they do not want this type of invasion of privacy. Please do not allow this amendment to be made. If need be make it an "opt in" program where people can sign up for the messages if they choose. Thank you, John Osborn
