Comments:
I do not want prerecorded telemarketing calls to be allowed to be placed to my phone. A person who has taken the time to sign up to the do not call list obviosly does'nt want to pick up the phone to any sales calls, recorded or not. The whole idea of having to opt-out is wrong. If someone wants to receive these recorded messages they should have to opt-in. Please help us to maintain our current system and not allow any solicitation to people that are registered to the DO NOT CALL list.
