|Title:||Notice of Proposed Rulemaking, Request for Comment|
|CFR Citation:||16 CFR Part 310|
Comments:I do not want the Do Not Call Registry guidelines to be changed in order to allow companies to deliver prerecorded message telemarketing. If these calls are permitted, I endorse the EPIC suggestion that companies be required to get their customers to opt-in to receive prerecorded messages. We did opt out and do not want to do it repeatedly every time the FTC permits exclusions to the original guidelines. If prerecorded telemarketing messages are allowed, the door will be opened to other exclusions.
