I can't believe what I hear. You are considering allowing recorded ads and messages to the people that have said NO to having the disturbing calls from advertizing groups. A single operation can deliver 1.5 million messages a day. This is an outrageous betrayal of the public and their wish to be left alone in favor of big business. Do not allow this to go forward.
