This proposed change will violate the purpose of the original rule. Unsolicited calls by humans or recorded are equally intrusive to the person receiving the call and should not be allowed. Additionally, electronically recorded calls will not allow the recipient to request that their name be removed from future calls. Do NOT allow this change to take place
