I sign up for the due not call list, because I did not want to be bothered by unwanted telemarketing calls. If federal regulators allow the rules to be changed, the this due not call list would mean nothing. A pre-recorded message is no different than a telemarketer calling. Plain and simple, I do not want to be bothered by telemarketers, in person or pre recorded message. Why should I have to opt out again from recieving telemarketing calls, when I opted out by signing up for the due not call list. DO NOT CHANGE THE RULES AND OPEN A LOOPHOLE IN THE DUE NOT CALL LIST. Thank You, Wayne Valentine
