|Subject:||Trade Regulation Rule on Telemarketing Sales|
|Title:||Notice of Proposed Rulemaking, Request for Comment|
|CFR Citation:||16 CFR Part 310|
Comments:PLEASE, PLEASE do not allow telemarketers to send pre-recorded sales pitches to those who have taken the time to sign on to the do-not-call list. What difference does it make if it's a live telemarketer or a recorded message? The calls still come during dinner and other inconvienent times and they're still pitching the same stuff I have no use for or interest in. PLEASE, NO CALL means NO CALLS! None, never, zip, zilch, ott, zero -- forever!
