I signed up for the no-call list in the first place because I do not wish to receive telemarketing calls of ANY kind and assume that all who signed up share that feeling. Putting a loophole into the rules governing the Do Not Call list will soon have the same effect as doing away with it altogether, and I strenuously oppose such action. It is a good thing as it is. If it ain't broke, don't fix it--and it ain't broke!
