The people who have already opt-t out should NOT be required to opt out again to satisfy some power move the politicians have the peoples desire, Please do not give in . When phone rings and older people struggle to answer what may be a needed call to be bombarded by a sales pitch it is a invation of privasy ,that they have spoken to and do not want.
