If it ain't broke, don't fix it! The No Call system is working for us. We are no longer bothered by unsolicited, unwanted phone calls. We have peace and quiet. Some callers were rude, pushy and persistant. We avoid being interrupted to answer a sales pitch for something we don't want, by someone we don't know. The proposed recorded message would go back to the days of being disturbed, this time by a machine. For the purpose of the No Call system, what's the difference? The government finally came up with a great idea, the No Call system, for the people they serve. DON'T TAMPER WITH IT!!!!!!
