I urge you to NOT change your rules to allow automated unsolicited calls. I often receive several automated phone advertisements each day and urge you to not change your rules to allow automated messages. These calls interrupt me, frequently during dinner or when I am otherwise busy. They are the equivalent of aggressive street beggars accosting me. I have resorted to letting my answering machine respond to calls and then I pick up the phone after the caller has identified themself. This is at best a nuisance, and at worst I find that friends and business callers hang up as soon as they hear the answering machine message. Thank you, Philip
