This seems to be an attempt to circumvent the will of the American public. The purpose of the "Do not call registry" was to stop the constant "spaming" of our telephone system. this loophole, will create an environment which will cancel out the do not call registry. I do not wish to receive any telemarketing calls. even from a company with whom I do regular business. If I want to communicate with them, I will call them! If this loophole is passed, and my phone again is spamed, I will cancel my phone service and go strictly with cell phone service. I am an American whos had enough of Spamming! Thank you.
