sirs: i am against telemarketors being allowed to use my telephone for their marketing contacts. i pay a fee for the right use this telephone service and should have excluse rights to list it on a list of OPT OUT for all telemarketing calls. for them to use my telephone incoming service to try to sell a product or influnce my attitude is totally off limits. this type of intrusion is a violation of my right not to be a part of something i did not ask for. if this is ok by some people then let them be put on a list which allows them to OPT IN. telemarketors should not have the right to disallow my wishes. the US CONSTITUTION allows me the right of prusuit of happiness and this wound not make happy. you might say this could be viewed as a violation of MY RIGHTS. thanks edward l. friend
