I can't believe you would even consider this exception! If we hate real people interupting us and trying to sell us something, why would we want many, many, many, recorded calls? People are tired of these calls. We DO NOT WANT THEM! If we want to buy something, we know how to find it. Would the commission members want their home phones listed so the public can send recorded messages? Of course not. You have us send e-mail or postal mail messages so they may be read at your convenience. That is what we want, something we are interested in and can look into at our convenience. Not something that interupts us and ties up our phone lines that WE pay for to use for our purposes. This possible exception has a bad smell.
