It is my understanding, The No Call List, was put in place for a reason, TO STOP UNWANTED CALLS !!!!! Now who is the mental giant that decided to change this and put in a loophole for telemarketers. Did someone get paid off or what ? Leave the program the way is, DO NOT CHANGE IT !!!!!
