Why is it that when we finally get something worthwhile out of congress,you guys want to mess it up. If we are on the no call list it means "no calls" period!! Why would you think that a prerecorded message would be any less bothersom than a live message. Think about why the legislation was enacted in the first place, and DO NOT CHANGE IT.
