I strongly oppose the use of prerecorded messages by the telemarketing industry. I pay for my phone service for my personal use, not to assist corporate America in their aggressive and intrusive marketing campaigns. I say these corporations should be required to have consumers "op-in", not "opt-out". By the time a person has "opted-out" they have already been disturbed by the call and had to listed to an unwanted sales pitch.
