I am opposed to the provision to allow pre-recorded message telemarketing to American homes. I've had experience with recieivng such phones call. Not only is it completely intrusive, such phone calls will tie up my phone, not allowing me to disconnect the call. Please reconsider and let the Do Not Call policy fulfill its intent. Do Not Call means--DO NOT CALL. No unsolicited telephone calls. Thank you.
