When information about commercial products, services, or a business is needed, it should be the consumer who makes the inquiry. These unsolicited phone calls at all hours of the day and early evening are an invation into the privacy of one's home. You should not weaken the TSR by eroding the rules that are in place. I vote NO to any admendments that would make the current TSR impotent, inefective, and clearly less supportative of the consumer's desire.
