I am against allowing pre-recorded messages to be sent to those people who have registered on the do-no-call list whether they have a previous business relationship with the caller or not. The interpretation of whether or not you have a previous business relationship will allow unsolicitated and unwanted callers to send messages under the guise of a "previous business relationship" which really does not exist.
