It has been wonderful not to have calls at all hours of the day and night. We have experienced deaths recently in our family and a serious accident that our 3 year old granddaughter was in which required an extensive hospital stay. During that time we took care of our other small grandchildren. It was a blessing not to get unnecessary calls during this time. Day to day in all of our lives we experience many things, our schedules are often not 8-5 and normal sleep pattterns. I worked nights for 9 years and always had the telephone by my bed to be able to get calls from my children in case there were an emergency. I got at least 3 calls a day interrupting my sleep, from telemarketers. It was extreemly annoying! Please do not allow automated telemarketing of any kind. We pay for our telephone service and pay a large amount of taxes on that service. Why should we be forced to take calls that we do not want? I have not bought anything from a telemarketer and I will not. I absolutely do not want their calls! Please keep the telemarketing calls blocked, human and computer generated, we do NOT want them.
