Opening this loophole of allowing companies to deliver "pre-recorded message is not the way to go. Since the do not call registry started my personal phone has not received one phone call from a telemarketer. That is, I must say a great and wonderful feeling. I throught to myself finally a goverment agency that is doing it's job as it should be and is really helping and caring for it's people and not big businesses. For anyone to come up with this idea is total wrong and should not come about. Please do not allow this to happen. It is peaceful in the homes today, don't ruin it going forward. Thanks Gary Thomas
