Are you all nuts? For God's sake, leave the no-call listing alone!!! What a blessing it has been not to have to deal with the multitude of jerk telephone calls. Any loophole you design should be the one they use to fire you guys if you go through with the proposed changes. Gad!!!! Dave Piller
