To allow pre recorded telemarketing messages to disrupt the homes of those of us who are so happy with the do not call list is the same as just throwing out the list. You allow this, I will cancel my land line and go completely with my cell phone. There is nothing more annoying than coming home from work where I have had to talk to anyone who wanted my attention to then have my peace intruded on by marketers of any type in any way. This is an outrageous move to even consider this change. It demonstrates how beholden our government is to huge corporate donors who do not care what the individual American citizen wants or needs.
