As head of household I and my family are glad that there are fewer telephone calls coming into our home due to the "do not call list". I would strongly advise the FTC to not make any changes allowing pre-recorded messages to be phoned in to our home. As as consumer I believe that I should have the right not be bothered with constant sales calls. Once the door is opened to pre-recorded call all a telemarketer needs to do is use one voice message and a computer generated list to bombard families with useless sales information. Do your duty to the American taxpayer - not to lobbyists who are pushing for increased access for company profits!!!! Sincerely, C. Wilkinson
