I am against any regulation that reinstitutes for any reason more unwanted calls coming into my home. You're website states people (Customers) can Opt-Out. If you really want to do whats right for the american people, and NOT for the businesses...make it an Opt-In program. Then you'll really see who wants to be bothered at their homes. All in all, making any changes that enable companys to bother citizens is a stupid idea..
