Please do not open this loop hole. I have enjoyed the peace and quite generated by the no call list. Before the no call list was created I found the prerecorded calls among the MOST ANOYING. I don't want to be called by any marketing concerns even though I have a preexisting business relationship with them. After all, buying a loaf of bread is enough to create a preexisting business relationship with the vendor. I don't want to be called by people just because I chose to purchase a product from them at some time in the past. Please understand that I am the one who pays my phone bill every month, not the telemarketers, and my rights over the use of my phone line, should be placed above the rights of the telemarketers rights to conduct business.
