Comments:
It has been so peaceful since the "no call" program took effect and now you want to change this by letting unwanted telephone calls again disturb people who have no interest in anything telemarketers have to offer. It makes no difference if the call is "live" or "recorded", the effect is the same, an interruption in our lives by having to answer the phone. Additionally, these unwanted calls wind up costing people having limited free calls by using up our allotted calls if they go into our voice-mail program. Please do not allow this amendment to pass. Thank You, James McConnell
