The telemarketing invasion is the same wether pre-recorded or live. If I have registered to the no call list, what would make one think that I would like to have a pre recorded message instead of a live one ? Invasion is Invasion live or not! The standard should be for me to opt-in NOT opt-out. Please let ME choose, not the telemarketer or the Government.
