Do not allow this ammendment! If I have gone to the trouble to register for a national do not call registry, unwanted telemarkting calls, why would I welcome a hiigh volume of telemarketing calls that are prerecorded??!! It makes no difference to me if I have a "relationship" with the business. I do NOT want increased calls,especially from a pre-recorded device that makes it easier for these businesses to increase the volume of these calls and not even have a human speaking to me.
