I am concerned about how the phrase "an established business relationship" is going to be interpreted. I was receving calls from a subsidirary of a company I have not done business with for more than five years. They tried to tell me they were exempt from the no call list because of this tie. They only stopped when I threatened to report them. I do not want a flood of pre-recorded messages on my phone, especially if I can not disconnect them. this has happened in the past.
