Any changes to the do not call list should only restrict who can call not relax them. I cant understand why anyone with half a brain could think it would be acceptable to recieve computer generated message any more than living individuals I have a phone in my house it is not free to me have to pay for this service, This is so people that I want to be able to reach me can.I decide who I give the number to I don't appreciate unsolisited call to my house nor my work. If you do anything you should make the rules more restrictive not creat loop hole so advertisements and sales calls are made on what in this dat and age has become a basic necessity. An as a commodity that has to be paid for I should have the rigt to exclude whom ever I want form calling my home or business with out having go relenquish having a phone at all. I repeat it isn't given to me I have to pay for this service. I don't want it used to invade my privacy by sells and advertisements .So I say no to weakening or creating loophole for anyone.
