There is no overriding reason to change the existing rules since the inclusion of a persons telephone number on the Do Not Call l\List was done on a voluntary basis and should not be excluded to serve against their wishes. I would consider these changes as against my best interests and would never do business again with any company or organization that so disregarded my wishes. Thank you for the opportunity to respond.
