Comments:
The proposed loophole in the "Do Not Call" rule by allowing a company to send a pre-recorded message to "an exiting customer" is a terrible idea. Many consumers purchase an item from a company on a one time basis, and have no interest in hearing from that company in the future. Also, consumers are tired and worn out from the barrage of telemarketing messages of the past. The Do Not Call rule is working - it it ain't broke, don't try to fix it !!
