Allowing telemarketing calls that deliver a prerecorded message would be no different than allowing ALL telemarketing calls! PLEASE - do not allow this to happen. We signed up for the "do not call" list and it has worked out very well. We receive very few unsolicited calls and we like it this way! Let this issue die a quick and painless death.
