I do not want prerecorded messages to be allowed and no longer part of the "do not call" list, even if it is from organizations I have already signed up with in the past. The recordings are more bothersome. It would be easier for companies to send an even larger volume of prerecorded messages because it takes less staffing, thus costing less money for them. This change would probably end up making the "do not call" list mute.
