Please do not allow prerecorded messages to not be considered part of the "do not call" list, even if it is from organizations I have already signed up with in the past. The recordings are more bothersome. It would be easier for companies to send an even larger volume of prerecorded messages because it takes less staffing, thus costing less money for them.
